yes, i have been on this wol non-stop since march 1, 2001. i have hit speed bumps and one big ol stall along the way. i only counted carbs and follow dandr exactly.

no, i didnt cheat at all for the first 2 1/2 years. not one bite of anything that wasnt on the list for induction. my stall and speed bumps happened after i started eating the sf treats. i had to stop those completly to finish losing.

as for pics....i dont have a scanner, but i hope to get someone to post them for me!
