Though you and I have had our differences, and usually (as per your advice) I generally do not read your posts, the subject of this one drew me in.

I want you to keep in mind all the real life changes you have noted in the past year or so. Now you can go to malls, walk from one place to another, enjoy your grandson, etc. And think about all the new real life changes to come. They will come. Your friends on this board will make sure of that.

So onward and downward, MisterE. I wish you all the best. And a pox on scales everywhere!!!!

MisterE--I can certainly empathize with you as I got a real wake up call last week in the form of some photos taken last summer that I just got developed. As with you my reaction was NOT printable!!! I am usually the one behind the camera or just on the edges with the kiddos the focus of the picture so to see myself in all my obese "glory" ...Well, like I said, it's NOT printable!!! DH said I could destroy the pix but I told him that I plan to print some copies and post them around the house to remind me of what I am doing here!!!

Nothing like a wake up call to get you back on the straight and low carb!!

D*mn doctors' scales! I've had a couple of wake up calls there too..hehe. A couple of years ago, no matter where I weighed, I always weighed more at the doctor's office! ha! hehe ...so yeah, don't let some numbers get you too upset. You're back on track now, and you'll start droppin' again in no time!

What the hell. I am not really upset. I was simply hoping my journey from "Lard Loins" to "Tiny Heiney" would be further along.
My journey to health is still going full swing. My enjoyment of life is matched by few and my blessings far outweigh (pardon the pun) my few hardships.

Thanks for your kind comments, warm wishes, and understanding. When I finally get around to making my video, "How to be a Happy Loser" (Or for the Peruvian Farmers out there in TV Land: "Get that damned chilidog off your lips, Ramone!")...I will have met and faced and overcome many challenges to successful weight loss. That time is not yet here. But it is coming.

Mister E - you know that there are plenty of hugs or butt kicks available here. Just let us know what works best....;)

As always - we're here to support each other!

Oh and mark me down for two DVD's when available.....

Actually, Teresa, if I told you what works best as motivation for ME I would be damned to spend eternity on the Jerry Springer Show. (See my "gallery" if you doubt the possibility!)
