Last night -
Elliptial Trainer - 151 calories Upper body workout on the machines. I hate those!!! Back to freeweights. This morning - Precore - 45 minutes - 422 calories |
3.5 hours of yard work. Lawn mowing, weeding, cutting and bundling. Prep work to rototil the yard tomorrow.

Lots of rototilling and fencing. Will hit the gym for weight and a little cardio after BF gets off work.

2.5 hours of rototilling and raking (so far.......)

Another 2.5 hours of rototilling, lawn mowing, stick bundling, put up a fence, tree trimming and yard debris bagging.
My hands are killing me...... |
Yet a 3rd - 2.5 hours of rototilling, lawn mowing, stick bundling, tree trimming, stump digging, weeding and yard debris bagging.
I wanted to go to the gym but I'm so exhausted I'll be surprised if I get the bed put together to even sleep. |

Elliptial Trainer - 30 minutes - can't remember the calories Tricep work ("light") Abs and back Sunday - Elliptial Trainer - 5 minutes :( Low body lifting (complete) Upper body lifting (complete) I hate that the gym closes early on Saturday and Sunday. By the time I get there I only have about an hour and 15 minutes to get my workout in. Not sure if I will make it to the gym today. I have to run some errands, have and interview and then class. |

Goals:
1. To go to the gym regularly.
2. To get back on a constant routine of lifting and cardio 3. Get back to doing pilates. That helped a lot when I was doing it years ago. I'm thinking about getting the Winsor (sp) Pilates videos. We'll see though. |
