You can tell the difference if you have recently had milk, but I LOVE milk and have had no trouble switching over.

And the chocolate stuff ... mmm .... sure beats the lowfat version: chocolate syrup in skim milk.

carb countdown milk!!!!

Hi. Dear husband took me down to Bellingham last weekend where I bought low carb tortilla's, Atkins Cereal and Carb Countdown milk. OMG!!! I have died and gone to heaven. Just to be able to have cereal in the morning, is such a treat. I made a protein shake yesturday. Just one tablespoon Soy Isolate and one cup of CC milk. Added a bit of Atkins syrup. (Bought that too.) It was O.K. First time I've been able to get that protein stuff down. I'll have to go again this week. Kind of a hassle. Anyone know where I can get that milk up here? Thx. Suzanne. P.S. Next time I will buy some Chocolate CC. Could I freeze it do you think?

vicki B in my opinion its the cereal. In fact the cereal that I am now enjoying sat in my cabinet nearly untouched because coupled with the soy slender it was way to sweet. I still think the cereal is sweet but the carbcountdown milk helps.

I use CC every morning in my coffee and in my Deep dish pizza quiche.

Thanks for all your responses! :) I went out and bought the CC milk yesterday. I bought the reduced-fat regular milk and the chocolate. I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised! The reduced-fat was a little "creamier" than I'm used to, as we always drank 1% or skim. I think I'll get used to it really fast, though. I liked the taste, and think it will be something I can adjust in no time! I'm not much of a cereal person, I just like to drink milk! Now the chocolate was yum! :yum: It was more like a treat to me!
