no salad or veggies? Woopsie

Ladybelle, the sf popcicle contains only 3 carbs. I just now start having them, b/c i figure they're better than lots of stuff with sugar alcohols. Yea, the lunch meat is from the deli, i'm not sure if it has carbs in it or not.
Well yea it says that I've lost 28% of my weight, but I don't feel like it, b/c I can't really tell in my clothes or anything..ya know? I am going to keep sticking w/ the diet and I know the weight will come off eventually. I know I need to add some veggies. I am going to do that today, not sure what though:-\ Thanks for all the advice!
