I may be wrong, but I don't think you can change the number of lb. lost with these images. You have to use the images as shown.

Luvmyhubby, I was able to change the pounds, you just have to use the same number format. For example, the gif says 036 pounds, so I had to put 007 and keep it 3 digits.
