Just bought the new beer called Rock Green light (not to bad)it has 91.4 calories and2.6 carbs. 0.9 protein and 0 fat grams. salute

Miller Lite only has 3 grams of carbs. But if you can get away from beer, and go mixed drinks, I would go that route. I agree that this is a WOL, so I'm not going to fret about having a few drinks on the weekends. I used to drink Absolute Citron and tonic, but switched over to Citron/club soda. Zero carbs.

Thanks for the input. I have asked the alcohol question in a number of sites and have not recieved any feedback at all. I thought it was because of the notion of drinking.
I personally enjoy a glass of white wine or 2 in an evening. I load a glass with ice and chase the whole thing with a glass of ice water. The ritual is the part that I enjoy too.
