Shelly,

That is great that you got out of the house and did kick boxing! That is a definite start to getting out of the rut you are in. Depression can be a terrible thing. Most people don't even know it's going on, so at least you are aware that you are terribly stressed and have lost your appetite. I went through a time of depression one year at college and at 5'5" dropped down to 112 (normally was around 135), and I didn't even notice it. It was not healthy, and once I started eating again, I gained back fairly quickly. Take things slow, keep exercising, and stay strong.
