okay...I used to struggle badly with stairs too...moving was getting challenging honestly..I hated moving. I remember grocery shopping and how my grocery cart was like a walker! I was SO ANGRY and depressed about it too. I was 25 years old....felt like I'd die before I hit 30...

WOOHOO! way to go! I have a similar feeling when I walk up the flight of stairs to my office and find I still have breath!
