Ok yall...
 
I'm a huge Taco Bell fan, so here is my two cents for everyone. Don't waste your money altering items on the menu. Order:

a side of beef (about 55 cents),
a side of chicken (about 65 cents)
two sides of lettuce (10 cents each),
a side of sour cream (25 cents)
A side of guac. (50 cents)
a side of baja sauce-a pepperjack like sauce (10 cents)
etc. mix and match.

Mix everything up and you have a taco salad for MUCH cheaper than if you order the real thing. They are very generous with their "sides." I believe they use 3oz cups, about 3 times bigger than the clear cup used for nacho cheese w/the nachos.

The spices used in the meat are just regular spices. They zeroxed a copy from one of the bags and sent it to me. I threw it away a while ago, but I believe it has less than 1g carb per oz of meat. It has never stalled me, and I ate it alot during Induction.

I hated wasting my money buying taco and throwing away the shell. The nice girl working there one day told me to just order sides, and now that's what I do. It saves a lot of money.

MMM That taco salad sounded too good to resist.. soo low and behold I went and got one. Im eating it now!!! YUM!!
