mention somewhere in the book that some of the so called atkins approved stuff stall some people... i for one know that eating more than 2advantage bars a day stalls me... so i keep it to max 1.5bars a day...

i would also mention the AA acid found in beef, eggs and other stuff which cause some skin reaction on some people like me
