I am not sure if that is how it is spelt but it is great. It is one of those things that you have to be on low carb to enjoy because if you were not you would feel horribly guilty for eating it. It is basically pork (sort of like bacon ends) cooked to crispy and a little salty. It is hit or miss. I think you either love it or hate it :) . They are great when watching TV by themselves or sometimes I put them in the mic for a bit as well.

Hello Winnipeg!
I am new to this forum and am glad I found some fellow Winnipeggers! I is hard finding low carb stuff in our city!

Da Vinci syrups you can find at Espresso Junction at the Forks. They have a few in stock but will order anything you want and it will arrive in 2 days.
What do the low carb tortillas taste like?

Thanks for the heads up on the costco drinks.

I have scoured the city looking for low carb/splenda sweetened drinks. The only one I'd found is sugar free Jones Soda. Their Black Cherry pop is great.

Stupid Ontario people get to buy diet crush drinks that have splenda. I wish they would market that stuff here.

SF Jones is 1.50 a bottle at 7-11.

LC tortillas are just like regular ones. I make wraps, quesadillas, put egg salad in there. I also tried some LC chips which were good.

Hello, I too live here in the peg and love it.

After reading this I now know where to get lc stuff. I only saw some at Superstore but I just couldn't get myself to pay a high price for Atkins bagels. That is all I could find there(well the bars were there).
Do you know where those drinks are other than costo?? I don't have a membership there.

I did pay $6 for the Atkins bagels at Superstore, but I am really enjoying them much more than bread. They are filling too, a half would do for breakfast.
