I'm really impressed with the positive changes you've made. Quitting smoking is tough!

I'm wondering though, what brand of soymilk do you use? I used to LOVE having a soy latte every morning. IMO, soy lattes taste a million times better than cow's milk lattes. Plus all those good isoflavins. But when I switched to this WOE, I checked the carb content on my favorite soy latte and realized that I was consuming 10 g of carbs for every 8 oz of soymilk.

Have you found a low carb soymilk?

Its made by a company called Belsoy it comes in a green box and its labelled natural organic sugar free. I t has 1.1g of cabs per cup. I stumbled on it at my grocery store it was in the healthfood section, it was with the dry goods. they have plenty of different kinds of natural organic products but I only found the one that is sugar free. I hope you can find it, if not maybe you can find it on the net.

Holy hell I calculated my salt intake for today and my total is 2914 mg! I don't even like salt. I mean I don't add it to anything, that's just what's in the low carb foods I'm eating. I drink between 80 oz - 110 oz of water a day, so I think I'm flushing most of it.

sounds like you're doing GREAT!!

if you are really craving something, look in the recipe forums for a copy-cat or acceptable substitution :)

you could make parts of taco bell - we love taco salad here- meat with seasoning, tomato, lettuce, sour cream and ccheeeeeeeeeese :)

for chips and dip- try pork rinds n chip dip or sour cream with seasoning, or cheese 'fried' in the microwave- that is crunchy/salty.........

that is what has made me deal with this WOE - i have not GIVEN up anything (as far as food) - i just substitute :D
