I too am type 2 Db. My DR. told me, after two months that I had the BG of A non-DB...weeee-haaaa!
i Am also currently battleing A very bad neck Injury that will keep me out of the gym probably for the rest of my life Boooooo! (believe me, I aint too choked up about it..lol) anyway, I can walk, use a stair master or bike so I really have no excuse for not excersizing at all, except that Im really lazy and hate to commit the time to do it.. SO, I find that if I eat less, drink more water and spend as much time on my feet during my day (10 hrs work days) and at home, I can burn ALOT of excess calories, get ALOT of things done around the house, AND loose the weight! For example, yesterday, after 10 hrs at work, I came home, picked up my step son, and spent form 6:oo to about midnight, cleaning up the house and putting things away (im in the middle of painting the downstairs) SO today, i have no inside house work to do...I can spend the day walking around the flea market (which i did already this morn.) and now Im gonna get out in the yard and do more weeding...lol Fun fun,
