Excellent!!! I remember saying I'll never get above 200 and then well I'll never reach 300. Seeing that 300 on the scale is really what got me motivated this time. I plan on never seeing that number again. I hope you don't either.

I took my bowling ball into the living room last night *it's a 15 pounder* and I told my family to take turns lifting it didn't tell them why. They all exclaimed at how heavy it was. That's when I told them to consider the fact that I lost 21 pounds and how much better I was feeling. But also to consider how I still have almost 150 pounds to go until I get to my normal weight and that I was still carrying 10 of those bowling balls around with me. Really puts things into perspective. |
