i hear ya guys.....i know how ya feel...if i blow it one day, and i have a party a couple days later, why do atkins when im gunna blow it in a few days anyway? its hard

With this past week containing both my birthday and a holiday I didn't really follow Atkins. However, I weighed in today and measured, and I only gained .5 pound and actually lost some inches since last week. I went back on Induction today, so we'll see.
