Thanks , Lisa . I won't worry about it then . Mammoth , I think we are doing just fine. I wouldn't change anything... Only if we go into one of those big stalls. Then we'll have to do some searching.. Also, Lisa, is there any other way to know if you are if your body has switched over to burning fat ? I don't use those keto test strips... Cindy

Cindy....even the test strips can be very inaccurate. If you are losing either pounds or inches, then you're doing fine. :)
