I don't count calories, never have.
I stay below 25 carbs. sometimes I get near 40
but I don't watch calories
I thought that was the whole point of Atkins

If I am hungry I eat a burger or hot dog or eggs
I try to add veggies like broccolli, green beans or asparagus to my daily intake. I take vitamins every day.

I don't watch calories
I have lost 45 pounds since 1/28/03

did I mention that I don't count calories? ;)

Steve you are so lucky you don't have to. Did you notice your weight loss stall at all or is it pretty consistent?

I think the problem with those of us going off Induction is that there is more variety and thus more room for mistakes, even when it's not noticeable.

Perhaps our bodies have reactions to certain food items and hold onto the fat or water or whatever else it is that we hold onto.

Personally I know that my personality will not allow me to eat the same thing day in, day out for the rest of my life. Trying out new things and having new experiences is such an integral part of my life, including food!!!
