rev rolls
i have been making rev rolls and making french toast out of them, they are really good.
take 5 eggs and seperate. whip the egg whites until stiff, you can add cream of tartar. then take three of the yolks and add 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 packet of splenda and cinnamon and mix gently. fold gently into the whites and pile into 9 blobs on cookie sheet lined with parchment and bake at 300 for 50 min. i found this on another site and it has been saving \me lately. |
Breakfast Option
I just was looking at the induction recipes because I realized I was out of eggs and had the following:
1 celery stick filled with cheese and 2 slices of ham wrapped around it!! It was delicious!! |
