I go to step class three times a week and no one has said a word. I also am dressing differently there too. Before I was wearing baggy t-shirts, but now I wear form fitting spandex tank tops. I think people are shy about bringing it up.

I lost 43 pounds a few years ago and people that I hadn't seen since the loss didn't even recognize me, that was when the real glory hit.
