I can eat about 6 eggs a day.. but thats when there is nothing in the fridge for dinner.. or i am to lazy to cook up something..

I had that maybe 3 times...

IE. 3 for breakfast 3 for dinner..

I rather keep it for the breakfast :)

Mom2Girls- If you are doing Body for Life i.e. are very active, you should be consuming even MORE protein per day! Protein Power recommends 0.7-1.0g of protein per pound of lean body mass for very active people. The protein will help you build muscle to create more lean body mass and make you, well, leaner. :)

I will eat about a gram of protein per pound of body weight on a lifting day, with 40g in liquid form immediately after workout.

I can't eat that many eggs. I have a hard time eating 1 egg. I am not an egg person.

Skamito

Skamito ,
I actually haven't started BFL yet. I know, BAD, BAD, BAD. My goal is to start Monday, 4/21. I'm trying to arrange babysitting for my 2 girls. I know, not an excuse, but... my gym's day care won't take the little one until she is 6 mths, which isn't until July, so I have to get babysitting  But, I know it will all work out, and hopefully Monday I can start BFL.

But in the mean time, I'm still watching the weight and inches coming off :) Thank God :exclm:

BTW, if you get a chance, can you take a look at my fitday journal? Just to see what I've been eating and if it looks right? Thanks
