New Challenge
What do you all think of starting a new challenge? I was thinking that perhaps a "7 day Cheat Free Challenge" would be more encouraging and less overwhelming, we can do anything for 1 week. My idea is to have everyone come up with their own plan to stick with and then start the challenge each Sunday. Everyone would have 0 days to start the week and on Saturday we would report how many cheatfree days (0-7) we had for that week. At the end of the month I can tally and post everyones days and that will be your total # of cheat free days. This way when a slip does happen it doesn't mean wiping out all of the hard work we have already done, we just pick ourselves up and get back on track where we already were.
An example would be: Month before total of 28 days Week 1: 7 days Week 2: 5 days Week 3: 6 days Week 4: 2 day Month total:20 days Grand Total: 48 cheat free days Anyway, it's just a thought. Let me know if anyone is interested and I'll be happy to set it up. Take care and be nice to yourselves. Mims :rose: |
Oh Mims, that would sound soo good.
Count me in :) |
I'd like to join the new challenge too as I found perfection 100 days in a row to be too challenging.

What a Great Idea! Count me in! When can we start? Do we want to keep this thread or start a new one Mims?

I think we should start a new one, this one has pretty much died out. I'll post it tomorrow (Saturday), then everyone can start on their Sunday. We'll post our cheat free guidelines/goal for the week and be on our way. I'll post the link so everyone can find us.
