Took dogs for a walk in the evening - 3 miles with a little running. |
Thursday 2/17/11
Ran on treadmill for 1 mile at 5.0 Then started intervals of bis/tris at each 1/4 mile for 1 more mile (running between each interval) Then walked between each interval at 4.0 and incline at 3.0 - still stopping ever 1/4 mile for a set of bis or tris (alternating). Did this for 2 more miles. Total of 2 miles running, 2 miles walking and 6 sets of curls and 6 sets of dips. Walked the dogs in the evening - 3 miles. |
Took a month off..... back
Wed. 3.17.11 Ran 2 miles steady, walked 1 mile fast Bi's & tri's |
