Well i am no where near the 20 lbs but i did lose 7-- started 188 now at 181 not bad and i am only 1 pound off my mini goal of 180 by jan 1st.
and the great thing is that since the week before christmas i have eaten every thing i wanted did not fallow the diet at all and i did not gain ( i had been up to 183 day after christmas but now back down to 181) :roll:

so I am happy next goal 160 buy spring (march 21st or so) and start back on induction tomorrow! :agree:

Missed the challenge by a longshot, but did see 157 twice upon rising these last couple of weeks. Gross weigh in is 163. So I only have a 2# loss for the month.
