Seems like we are all busy out there- I personally was busy eating high carb food as a let down from classes! I gained 5 lbs but have lost 4 already in 2 days. I am happy about that and know it will all dissappear and take more with it soon! 4 weeks off to just relax and catch up on reading for pleasure and movies!!

Gain is due to some goodies yesterday and a few days off the plan last week. I am hoping to make 165 by New year's. I have lost 40 lbs total this year and have decided that is a great accomplishment-if I make it to 165 this year I will only have 30 left for next year!! I am making an extra effort this week to stay on track on work off as many lbs as I can!! |

BUt I did lose 11.5 lbs since I started this and have lost 40 lbs and many inches since June! So I am very happy and look forward to taking off the last 35 lbs in 2005!! Happy New Year All!! |
Well, I didn't make goal (missed it by 8 pounds), but loosing 128 pounds makes me proud enough! I will get the pesky 8 pounds off before you know it!!!! Everyone has done great on the Challenge, whether we got to our goals or not, because we made the effort! I wish everyone the best New Year and wish you the loss of those pesky pounds!
