Yep, some people have to be very careful w/ sugar alcohols... so moderation is the key.. not every meal..LOL!

I did pick up a 6 pack of them at Target today for 5.89...so that makes it less than 1.00 a pc, and I have seen them at Walmart for 97Cents.

How is everyone doing? Are we gearing up for our August challenge? I think the participation for the month of July was simply awesome..and made it alot of fun, irregardless that I only lost 4 lbs.. sheesh!!

Okay, ladies and soonslim, I'm going to try those Hershey's candy bars. Are they the regular or low carb bars? Thanks for the info.

I'm down 2 pounds and counting. Time to get this weight off for good now. :)

August Weight Loss Challenge

Oh shoot! I was doing so good....and gained weight....think my calories were too low...less than 1200 and it made my body stall...anyway...I'm only down 2 pounds this month..but 2 pounds I wouldn't have been down if it weren't for this support group..you guys keep me motivated!!! Lets do it again!!! :-)
