Ouch - so happy you're here :D ! Way to go following Stillman's - I really hope that it jump starts you! I may be just about as excited as you when you have positive results :p - I'm waiting on pins and needles to hear! Are you moving on to induction after these 5 days? I don't think you're to follow Stillman's for too long, are you? The list of allowed foods didn't look like you'd want to pursue it for too many days - pretty limited. But I give you big kudos for following it for 5 days!! Anyway, my fingers are crossed and I look forward to hearing great results :D !!!!!
