Friday- roller blading, Saturday- ran 4 miles, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups Sunday-rest, Monday-rest, Tuesday- ran 4 miles, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups Wednesday- ran 4 miles, 100 sit ups. |
Thursday and Friday 2/4 & 2/5
Treadmill - ran 4 miles on both days 120 pushups on Thursday |

Treadmill - Ran 5 miles Situps 2 sets of squats 2 sets of leg curls |

Treadmill - 5 miles. Tried something a little different today and I loved it. Ran 5.5mph 1/4mile, 6mph 1/4 mile, 6.5mph 1/4 mile and walked 4-4.5mph 1/4 mile. Repeated for 5 miles. Great workout. |
