5:15am: 10 min fast walk, 28 min run-- 2.2 miles 10 min cool down walk |
Saturday--
30 min HIIT stairstepper.. arm weights, abs Sunday-- got a workout by helping a friend move-- then came home and cleaned my house... another workout!! :) |
5 workouts last week, now shootin for 6 workouts this week.. (even if that means 2 workouts in one day) :)
Monday, Nov 19th-- 20 mins HIIT stairstepper, went up a notch.. OMG.. tough. :) 10 mins elliptical. this is all I could fit in tonight, but it was a GOOD workout. |
Wednesday, Nov 21st--
2.5 mile run-- 35 mins, weights & abs Thursday, Nov 22nd-- 3 mile fast walk--- beautiful and sunny out.. but very cold. |

Fri-- dancing.. (does that count!!) Sat-- nada Sun, Nov 25th-- 25 mins HIIT stairstepper, 1.5 mile run, arm weights, abs, 2 mile fast walk 2 hour workout felt AWESOME. Mond, Nov 26th-- nada-- home sick |
Tuesday, Nov 27th--
Great workout.. sweated out the bug I think.. :) 20 min run, 25 min HIIT stairstepper, arm weights |
Thats better - take your vitimans and start drinking alot of water to flush your system :)

Wednesday, Nov 28th--
40 minute HIIT stairstepper, unfortuneatly, shin splints again while running so switched to this workout. 20 mins of serious ab work! Thursday-- gave my aching muscles a day off. Friday-- Plan to run 3 miles tonight.. we shall see how the shin splints are.. if bothersome, will try a different cardio workout, will also do weights and abs. Saturday, Sunday-- not sure.. depends on if I have someone to watch my little one while I sneak an hour or two to workout.... :) |
Thats better but still have incinsistant results
HOW do I put it - yippie-ki-ya - remember the goals Keep after it and push through them shins - they will get use to the work and when you feel them coming on think of the bareback ride or something :lol: |

Monday, Dec 3rd-- 3 mile run... time still not where I want it to be.. but I ran my butt off.... No time for workout today-- picking up my little one from school early.... BUT... today will be my only rest day this week-- that is my goal for the week-- oh yeah.. and to stay away from the fudge that people keeping brining into the offic....:rolleyes: |

Friday--December 7th--
3.5 mile run!! WOOHOO.. pushed myself, felt great when done. Saturday-- December 8th-- 3 mile run.. pushed myself again.. and what a workout. also did abs, arm weights. I met my goal for the week of wanting to run 4 x. Miles for the week: 11.5-- next week will go for 12.5 miles. Later. :) |
