Afternoon- 3-4 mile walk around the city (it was so nice out!!) Evening- 2 miles rollerblading (fun, but I haven't done it in a while so the circle we go around was a bit of a killer when we had to go up the small hill) |

Walk- a little over a mile Abs Stretching |
April 29th and April 30th
Nada.....lazy bum has no excuse!!!! Day 14- May 1st Helped out at a basketball clinic....running, shooting, passing, dribbling....got a decent workout |
May 2nd
Basketball...tons of running!!! May 3rd and 4th Nada.....rrrrr... gotta figure out a schedule w/ this new work thing May 5th Abs and stretching |
