Friday, Oct 12th-- 1.5 mile jog, 20 min hiit stair stepper routine weights Saturday, Oct 13th-- 3 mile (fast) walk Tuesday, Oct 16th-- 4 mile walk/jog (good walk!) It has not been very consistent... will work on this.... |
Thursday-- OCT 18TH--
2.5 mile jog--- omg felt AWESOME! then did abs/weights. There is nothin better then a good workout to change the perspective! :) |
Friday-- Oct 19th--
30 min jog Saturday-- Oct 20th-- 10 min walk, 20 min HIIT stairstepping workout abs, weights felt great! :) |
Monday-- Oct 22nd--
2 mile walk/run-- abs, arm weights |
Tuesday-- all cardio:
35 mins HIIT stairstepper.. (what a workout!) 30 min fast walk man this felt good tonight!! |
Thursday, Oct 25th--
35 min run 35 mins weights and abs fabulous workout and much needed! |
Tuesday, Oct 30th-- (am)
15 min run, 20 min HIIT stairstepper... this workout always kicks my butt! arm weights 10 min walk |
Thursday, Nov 1st--
3 mile jog... woohoo.... good, good run! Friday, Nov 2nd-- 1.5 mile jog 20 min HIIT stairstepper upper body weights Sat, Nov 3rd-- 3 mile walk w sister SOOOO... last week-- did NOT make goal of 5 workouts... will make up for it THIS week!!!! |
1 hour workout every day is my goal this week.. even if I need to split them up into two 30 min workouts....
Monday, Nov 5th-- 35 min run, 15 min HIIT stairstepper 15 min fast walk Workout tonight kicked my butt!! Got rid of all the toxins in my body from the weekend!! LOL! |

30 min walk Wednesday, Nov 7th-- 40 min run.. another good one! weights- arms still not a long enough workout--- definely planning a very long workout tonight.. bootcamp, then a LONG walk. Thursday, Nov 8th-- 20 mins stairstepper 40 min fast walk Friday, Nov 9th-- no workout today Saturday, Nov 10th-- 42 min jog- 3 miles 30 mins weights, abs, band workout 2 mile walk for cooldown Sunday, Nov 11th-- 10 min walk, 1 1/2 mile jog-25 mins--:rolleyes: (too slow) 12 mins stairstepper, 2 mile walk |
Monday, Nov 12th--
10 min walk, 20 min HIIT Stairstepper-- omg doing this at 5 am is killer! 10 mins elliptical 15 mins weights Interesting.. the elliptical is still a good workout.. but feels SO MUCH easier then the stair stepper.. |

Tuesday-- Okay... was a KICK ARSE RUN!! 35 min 2.5 mile run, 30 min bootcamp workout-- legs/abs Really pushed myself with running tonight.. tried 7.0 on the treadmill.. omg.. I almost flew off the treadmill.. it was funny... I am thinking 6 mph will kick my butt for a while as I am working on endurance and speed.. my goal is to be able to run 10 min miles by the time the 2008 triathlon comes. |
Wednesday- Nov 14th--
30 mins HIIT stairstepper... FABULOUSLY difficult!! arm weights prob no workout tonight-- parent/teacher conference scheduled.. BUT-- tomorrow morning workout AND tomorrow evening one planned. |
