Done.

Notice that you can also add your custom cardio types for your own use.

Can we add a condiments category to the food categories?

I added a SF relish as a custom food, and I would have liked to have been able to put it into a condiments category, instead of soups, sauces and gravies.

There's a category there for "Spices and Herbs" :)

I guess I don't really consider things like mustard, ketchup, mayo (although I put this one under fats) and relish as spices and herbs.

But, I guess if there really aren't too many products to warrant another category, I can get around it.

Thanks.

Well, I just looked up some of these items. They list relish and catsup (not ketchup  ) in vegetable/vegetable products. Prepared yellow mustard is listed as a spice/herb.

I guess, sometimes it's hard to categorize things.

True.

Phase 2 of MyPLAN will focus on sharing data, such as recipes and custom items. So we'll probably decide on then on categories among other things.

The good news is, you will be able to edit your custom categories and recipes to change their category, when new categories are created.

Thank you! It's hard to believe this is all provided free. I hope more members are subscribing! :D

Wa'il, The custom exercises only allow adding to cardio. Can you make it so that we can add custom to resistance? I don't see any pulldowns in the list and wanted to add them. Thanks!

For resistance training, the choices of workout names are limited (in number and variety) compared to cardio, where new ones are coming all the time. So I prefer to complete a full listing of workouts for everyone to use . If you see any specific workouts missing, just let me know, and they will be added (I'll add the missing pulldown's).

Ok, thanks Wa'il.

You know what would be a useful feature (she said, expecting that Wa'il will probably reply and say they already have it ;))...

If the weight tab could tell you your weekly average weight in addition to the day by day chart, as it's important for us CADers.

Anyway -- still lovin My PLAN & thanks again for all the hard work!

No, we don't have it already :)

It's been a while since I've read the first CAD, so, what is this weekly average, and how is it calculated?

There's quite a few ways do average, such as average loss per week, a 7 day moving average, etc...

Thanks for replying...

As for what kind of average? Hm. I only have the 1st CAD book, so if anyone has CALP etc, please chime in. Here's the quote:

"Record your weight every day. Compare only your weekly averages to see if you are losing weight. (To get your average for the week, add up all the weights in that week, and divide by the number of weighings.)"

Currently I am entering each day's weight on an Excel doc and then averaging. It's helpful because my daily number bounces around so much that I thought I wasn't losing at all -- but if I just look at the average I have been losing steadily a lb per week. Hopefully that's true!!!
