4/20: 20 min dog walk, 30 min Tae-BO
4/21: 30 min dog walk with some running, no time to do yoga so unplanned rest
4/22: 30 min dog walk, 30 min tae-bo
4/23: 60 min dog walk, 20 min Yoga
4/24: 30 min tae-bo, 20 min dog walk
4/25: 30 min dog walk, rest day (really bad hangover)
4/26: 30 min dog walk, 30 min tae-bo
4/27: 20 min dog walk, 30 min Tae-bo
4/28: 30 min dog walk, rest day due to sore thigh muscle
4/29: 30 min dog walk, 30 min tae-bo abs & gluts

4/12 45 min Deep Water Aqua Jog (walked track did bike and stairmaster few mins each)
4/13 Walked half hour, bike & stairmaster 10 mins each
4/14 45 min Aqua Jog, bike & stairmaster 10 mins each 2 laps on track
4/15 Water Strenght 30 mins Water Aero 30 mins bike & stairmas 10 mins 2 laps on track
4/16 Played ball with the kids, walked around walmart hour
4/17 Played outside with kids again
4/18 Walked half mile, swimming for an hour
4/19 Stair 15 mins, aqua jog 45 mins, epl 2 mins (this machine kills me)
4/20 Did 45 min strenght swim, 45 min water aerobics, 10 bike 10 stair
4/21 Did 20 min walk away tape, cleaned house for few hours
4/22 Water Classes 1 hour 30 mins
4/23 Shopped for about 2 hours, cleaned house and did 30 mins on weight machines.
4/24 Shopped about 4-5 hours
4/25 Cleaned garage and mowed lawn, about 5 hours of work
4/26 Did floor exercises ~home for 20 mins (crunches, legs, arms)
4/27 Cleaned up the house, did laundry up and down stairs
4/28 Aqua Jog Class 45 mins, finished up laundry, cleaned kitchen
4/29 Rode bikes with the family for half an hour, shopped and ran errands all day

Today was my 18th straight day of doing something!!!

Attempted to do my regular BFL UBW- but only managed about 3/4 of it - only had about 20 carbs yesterday that would be why, I am torn between trying to get some pounds off and eating enough to work out properly - duh my head is a MESS. Will not be doing LBW for a while as early spring gardening is finally here - the amount of gardening I do definitely classifies as a good LBW with the added benefit of some fresh air and sunshine.

heheheheeeee i did it i did it!!!!!!!!!! yay!!! whohooooooo!! DAYUMMMMMM do i feel freaking GREAT!!!! way better than i did earlier thats for sure!!!! hehehehehe gawd i love this feeling!!!!

i increased my weights by 5 pounds today just so i could punish myself for drinking AGAINNNNNNN...hahaha

4/18/04 - Rest day (sick day)
4/19/04 - Sick day (on pain killers)
4/20/04 - Nothing...(no excuse, read my journal, crazy week)
4/21/04 - WAP 1 mile, 20 min. & RS Tonin' Uptown (upper body), 30 min.
4/22/04 - WAP 1 mile, 20 min.
4/23/04 - NOTHING...............
4/24/04 - WAP 1 mile, 20 min. (& cleaning the house-does that count? lol)

4/25/04 - Rest day
4/26/04 - WAP 1 mile, 20 min.
4/27/04 - NOTHING...........babysitting.............
4/28/04 - WAP 1 mile, 20 min. WITH weights
4/29/04 - WAP 1 mile, 20 min. WITH weights & RS Tonin' Uptown 30 min.

I really felt it yesterday....so much that I felt like I could puke...but I felt good afterward!!!!

Okay, since it's the end of the month and all this is boringly detailed in my journal, I'll just post my grand total.

Drumroll please--88.5 miles for the past month.

Just wanted to say:
HAPPY MAY everyone. We did a great job for April. I hope we do as well for May. Its my Bday at the end of the month, so I want to really kick another 15 pounds off if I can. Can't wait to get the exercise in for May.
